Hywel brings over 25 years senior commercial and operational finance experience across both mutli-national and start-up companies within the Technology (Colt, Orange, Meteor), Beverage (Diageo, SAB Miller) and Financial Services sectors (MetLife). At Colt Technology Services, he helped drive profitable year on growth as Country FD for Ireland, before delivering significant cost transformation programmes as a Regional FD. Prior to
joining Stellium, Hywel financially led EMEA wide DC Infrastructure and DevOps transformation programmes for Global Insurance giant MetLife.
